Please read these terms carefully before using Tiny Promptr.

Important Notice

By using Tiny Promptr, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. Parents are responsible for their children's activity on the platform.

By accessing or using Tiny Promptr ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not use the Service to generate, share, or promote hate speech, violence, harassment, or illegal content.
  • Age Restrictions: The Service is intended for use by children with parental supervision. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account without parental consent.

3. Intellectual Property

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By creating content, you grant Tiny Promptr a license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

4. AI Usage & Limitations

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate.
  • You use AI features at your own risk.
  • We reserve the right to filter or block AI outputs that violate our safety policies.

5. Subscription & Billing

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee.

  • Subscription: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
